“The service IDDEA provided for my recent solar panels installation was first class, from the initial survey, to completion. The computerised graphics and the quotation were of the highest standard. The team were professional, respectful and polite throughout. Everything ran very smoothly, there was no waiting around for tradesmen to arrive from the erection of the scaffolding to the electricians’ and their work was of the highest standard.
Everything that happened was explained clearly and I really appreciated the calls during the installation to check that I was happy with the quality of the work and the team. I hadn’t realised there were different types of panels but I am over the moon with the type that you use, as they blend in nicely on the roof.
The final paperwork and handover was informative and straightforward, including the demonstration of how everything worked and what to do should any issues arise that I didn’t understand.
